The team behind South West Coast Path
South West Coast Path is designed and built by Pixelo Mobile Ltd, a small independent software studio registered in England & Wales. We're not a big travel corporation or a booking agency — just a compact team that loves long-distance trails and wants the digital side of the journey to be genuinely useful, honest, and free of the usual pressure to upsell.
Every map, guide and feature is built and maintained by the developer directly. The app is new and improving with every release, so if something's missing or could be better, we want to hear about it.
Keeping it free
We would like to keep our apps and websites free. There's no paywall to read the guides, plan your route, or download the app — and there never will be for the core experience.
We cover our costs through an optional marketplace, where verified local guides, transfer drivers and places to stay can list their services. We never add a commission to your trip, and we never sell your data. That keeps the platform independent and the free tools free.
